About the role As a key member of our Underground Paste Crew, you'll play a critical role in keeping the mine production cycle going. This is a hands-on operational role where your experience and judgement directly support ground stability, production schedules and safe mining outcomes. In this role, you will: Monitor and maintain paste fill systems and reticulation underground Erect/build paste walls for back fill Complete pre- and post-paste inspections to ensure system integrity and safe outcomes Actively manage consumables and identify opportunities to minimise downtime Work to high safety and environmental standards, every shift. This role operates on a 7:7 roster with 12-hour shifts About you You're safety-driven, mechanically minded and comfortable taking responsibility for critical infrastructure underground. You work well in tight-knit crews and communicate clearly with supervisors and peers. To be successful, you'll bring: Underground mining experience, ideally in projects or paste operations Ability to pass medical and drug an alcohol test A current C Class Driver's Licence Working at Heights certification Strong mechanical aptitude, fault-finding ability and practical problem-solving skills
