We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of our projects. About the Role: This role is integral to supporting the delivery of multiple active projects by ensuring effective contract administration, commercial control, and risk management across all stages of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and administer subcontract and supplier agreements across multiple concurrent projects Coordinate tendering processes, including preparation of scopes of work, requests for quotation (RFQs), evaluation of submissions, and recommendation of contract awards Draft, negotiate, and finalise contract terms and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, scope, cost, and timelines Assess, negotiate, and manage contract variations, claims, and extensions of time Review and certify progress claims and invoices in accordance with contract terms Monitor contractor and supplier performance and identify commercial risks Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting Liaise with project managers, site teams, and external contractors to support effective project delivery Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Construction Management, or related field 3–5 years’ experience in contract administration within construction, civil, or related industries Strong understanding of contract management, commercial processes, and construction documentation (e.g. BoQs, scopes of work) Proven ability to manage multiple contracts across concurrent projects Strong negotiation, analytical, and organisational skills High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment Job Type: Permanent Benefits: Salary packaging Work Location: In person
