About the Role We are looking for a proactive Administrator Support to provide administrative and operational support to the National Business Manager , while assisting key healthcare and retail customers across Australia and New Zealand. In this fast-paced environment, you will manage essential sales processes, including pricing, promotional submissions, POS coordination, and merchandising activities. Key Responsibilities Maintain pricing and product information in internal systems and customer portals Process invoices and reconcile against planned activities and budgets Submit and manage promotional activity and product imagery online Track forecast orders, Days of Supply (DOS), and generate weekly scan reports Coordinate POS distribution and manage POS warehouse operations Liaise with merchandising providers to ensure timely execution of campaigns Manage New Zealand pricing, POS, and monthly wholesaler claims/rebates Monitor and track budgets, accruals, and campaign costs About You Proven experience in support, administrative, or comparable roles Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments What’s in It for You?
