YOUR ROLE AT MAZZUCCHELLI’S: As our Office Administrator you will oversee areas such as stock movement, organizational capability, business tracking, general admin, clever communications and workforce planning. General Administration: Handle the essential, often "behind-the-scenes," daily operations that support sales staff and ensure the store runs smoothly and profitably. Operational Agility: The ability to quickly respond to demand changes and adapt to disruption. Customer Liaison: Communicate with our customers regarding current promotions, pending orders, repairs etc. Stock Movement: Ensure the right products are on the shelves at the right time, minimizing holding costs while maximizing sales. Manage repairs: Manage the store repairs liaising with Sales team, Jewellers, HO and customers. Workforce Planning Support: Assist with the entering of the store schedules to ensure the right number of employees are in the right place at the right time. Communication: Ensure effective communication within the team regarding things such as task management, operational updates, and feedback. ABOUT YOU: You’re a passionate and organised administration professional, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring: Hands-on experience: Experience managing office tasks and big workloads. Computer skills: Strong computer skills and knowledge of most programs Passion for organization Dedicated to staying ahead of tasks.
