The Role: As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a professional, empathetic, and welcoming experience. You will support clients throughout their journey by managing admissions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring billing and eligibility processes (including Medicare and private health insurance) are completed correctly. You will help create a comfortable clinic environment, provide reassurance and information, and ensure high standards of confidentiality and data integrity. With strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, you will bring attention to detail and confidence using systems, while contributing to a supportive and client-focused team. Position title: Medical Administrative Assistant Location: MSI Australia, Midland Clinic Reports to: Nurse Unit Manager Hours per week: 32 hours/ 4 shifts per fortnight. Required days: Working across Monday - Saturday.
