SEEKING SALES CONSULTANT This role is all about taking our customers on a journey through our sales room. Introducing the customers to all the options they have available to them, to find the best fit and the best sleep. As part of the Adelaide Team, you will receive a competitive salary with a very healthy commission structure, weekend penalties and staff discounts. This role would suit a Sales Consultant that excels in engaging with customers, finding the best solutions for the customer and working within a small dedicated team. The role does consist of weekend work and generally working 3-4 days per week so would suit an individual who is looking to step back from full time work. To be successful in this position you will need to: Bring a positive and friendly attitude, the customers always come first. Work well within a team environment. Have the ability and willingness to build rapport with customers. Be experienced with store POS systems and day to day operations. Show organisational skills as well as great time management. Have availability to work flexible shifts and weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities: Assisting customer through our range and offerings to find the best fit. Meet and work towards exceeding set sales targets. Ability to lift and assist with moving product for customers. Take part in the running of the day-to-day activities of our Adelaide store (opening and closings procedures etc, when required). Ensure all general administrative duties are accurately completed.
