We are seeking a Warehouse All-Rounder to join our team in Bibra Lake, that can perform multiple tasks with a desire to learn new skills and grow with our business. For over 25 years we have continually grown along with our suppliers and clients through the building of strong relationships with a commitment to quality, service and knowledge. What you'll be doing: The next person we need in our team is someone who will enjoy delivering the best possible service within a supportive team environment. Starting each day at our Bibra Lake site you will be directly involved in the day-to-day warehousing activities along with some opportunities to deliver to our clients on their building sites. Knowledge of construction, carpentry or building supplies would be an advantage but not a necessity. Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders Supporting the Sales, Workshop, Warehouse and Logistics teams in exceeding our clients expectations Operating forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Assisting with the general upkeep and organisation of the warehouse Site Deliveries when required What we're looking for: Experience working in a warehouse and/or logistics environment Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of a warehouse role High levels of safety awareness Effective communication and teamwork skills A proactive and problem-solving mindset Desire for upskilling and continuous improvement Highly Regarded: Customer service or site delivery experience Why join us?
