Selection Criteria The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate IV Education Assistant – Special Needs from a recognised educational institution and have demonstrated experience in working with students with high support needs. The successful candidate will also support the Director of Learning Support by assisting with particular administrative tasks as requested. These tasks will be related to compliance requirements associated with NCCD and SWD reporting, the management and communication of Student IEP’s, Special Exam Arrangements for students who are eligible for such provisions and in supporting daily timetabling requirements in the Learning Area. A Special Responsibility Allowance is attached to this position to recognise the administrative duties associated with this position.
