The successful applicant will step into a well-run, established service. Being a maternity leave replacement, there is potential for this position to become ongoing. As the Centre Director , you will lead daily operations and continue to ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality program for children aged 4–12 years. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations in line with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations Drive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) Ensure compliance with WA regulatory requirements and child safety standards Lead and mentor a passionate team of educators Build positive partnerships with children, families, staff, the school, and CEWA Oversee staffing, rostering, budgeting, and administration Foster a child-safe, inclusive environment where children’s voices are valued Promote a collaborative, reflective team culture grounded in professional practice and Catholic values Work closely with the School Principal and CEWA Care Services Team The Ideal Candidate An organised, confident leader who values autonomy, teamwork, and quality practice.
