We currently have a full-time position available for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Cellar Door Assistant to help us ensure first-class wine experiences at our McLaren Vale Estate. This role requires excellent product and regional knowledge and must convey a warm and hospitable demeanour to maximise customer interaction and quality of experience. This role will liaise closely with Cellar Door Manager, Marketing and Production staff. Experience in wine and/or hospitality is required, WSET qualifications viewed favourably. Key Responsibilities and duties include: Hosting personalised Cellar Door tastings and Winery tours Day to day operations including cash management, restocking and stock control whilst maintaining our Cellar Door presentation standards. Staff Supervision Assist with Cellar Door events and consumer functions Continually develop your knowledge and history of our brand, region and wines in general.
