Role: Maintenance Technician – PRS Location: Kewdale WA Type of contract: Permanent Job Description: The Maintenance Associate plays a key role in executing maintenance activities in line with the Maintenance Program and ensuring equipment is delivered on time to meet operational demand. This position contributes to improving Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability across the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE), Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center. You will receive structured training to diagnose issues, prepare equipment for operations, and support a safe, efficient, and high‑performing work environment. With guidance from your manager, collaboration with peers, and SLB’s established development framework, you will build both technical and non‑technical capabilities, develop leadership skills, and help drive continuous improvement. You will also gain the knowledge and tools needed to become an effective problem‑solver, using advanced technology to deliver high‑quality service. In this role, you can expect to: Maintain and prepare equipment to the highest operational standards. Enhance asset availability and reliability. Support the implementation of reliability best practices across the business. Progress through a structured development program designed to build long‑term capability. Roles and Responsibilities: Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities. Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data. Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards. Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System. Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: Technical certificate or similar (preferred diploma/ adv. diploma in engineering).
