About the Organisation The HVG group of companies are privately owned Australian businesses that import and distribute building façade products, sintered stone, graphics media, performance fabrics, and decorative building products. HVG comprises more than 180 staff located over 40,000 square metres of factory, warehouse and office space in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Perth. About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are seeking an experienced and motivated storeperson with a "can do" attitude. You will be working within a small, yet dedicated and hardworking warehouse team in a fast-paced environment, fulfilling customer orders and meeting tight dispatch deadlines daily. This position is full time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm. We are centrally located in Marleston with ample on-site parking available. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Forklift driving experience working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work within a small but dedicated and committed team. Proven track record in fulfilling customer orders within a tight deadline. Good physical abilities as some heavy lifting will be required. Warehouse inventory skills. Understand and adhere to WH&S policies and procedures. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A high level of energy, drive and commitment. Drive to take ownership and pride in what you do. To be successful in this role you must have: A current HRW Forklift License You will have previous experience working within a warehouse fulfilment environment. You will possess a high energy and drive that will enable you to work at times autonomously. You will have good numeracy skills coupled with an ability to achieve deadlines, think on your feet, and contribute as required.
