GOWAY TRAVEL MARKETING SPECIALIST Goway Travel PTY LTD is seeking a Marketing Specialist for its Team Travel Management division. Leading the inbound market for decades, Goway Travel now features a sporting focus, with TTM purposed to deliver exceptional sports travel experiences, specialising in the coordination and management of sporting groups travelling to and within Australia, from a wide range of markets. The Marketing Specialist plays a central part and is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness, generate inbound leads, and support the sales objectives of Team Travel Management. The Marketing Specialist works closely with the sales team, external clients, key product suppliers and operations to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels — all aligned to the business's growth strategy and commercial targets. Advertising & Campaigns (Sports Travel Focus) Plan and roll out engaging marketing campaigns that support the growth of Team Travel Management’s inbound sports travel business. Create campaigns that speak directly to international sports organisations, touring teams, and group managers — inspiring them to choose Australia and partner with us. Work closely with internal teams and partners to shape smart, targeted marketing strategies for key overseas markets, showcasing what makes our sports travel experiences stand out. Coordinate the full campaign process — from creative concepts and content through to media placement — keeping everything on track, on brand, and within budget. Market Insights & Trends Identify new opportunities for sports travel products and experiences, backed by solid research and market understanding. Work across key source markets (Asia, Europe, North America, Pacific) to understand demand and refine how we position our offering. Marketing Strategy & Growth Support Support the broader growth of Team Travel Management by delivering marketing initiatives aligned to our sports travel strategy. Develop targeted campaigns for priority markets, working alongside international partners, tourism boards, and industry stakeholders. Help bring Australia to life as a world-class sports travel destination through strong storytelling and compelling marketing material. Digital & Content Manage and grow our digital presence — website, social media, and email — with a clear focus on driving inbound sports travel leads. Work with creative and digital partners to deliver high-quality content and campaigns that land well in our target markets.
