About the Role As a key member of our finance team, you’ll support the financial health of the business through a blend of accounting, reporting, and analysis. This is a true all-rounder role and is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to contribute beyond the numbers. While we offer flexibility in employment type (full-time, part-time), we are a come-to-the-office organisation that values in-person collaboration and culture. You will be responsible for: Preparing month-end and year-end financial reports Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Identifying and improving systems and processes Supporting business decision-making through insights Partnering with internal teams to provide financial support Assisting with Accounts Payable, purchasing, and payroll About You We’re looking for someone who brings both capability and character: You’re naturally curious and love learning You take pride in your work and live your values You’re looking for purpose - not just a job You enjoy understanding how businesses operate and improve You can translate data into meaningful insights You’re adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment What You’ll Bring 3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A stakeholder-focused mindset Desirable: Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting CPA or CA Qualification Experience with SAGE and/or ADP Why Join ERGT?
