Venue Manager – 8 Knots Tavern (Fremantle) One For The Road is a family owned hospitality group behind some of Fremantle’s favourite venues – South Beach Hotel, Federal Boutique Hotel, 8 Knots Tavern and Bicton Tavern. We’re all about great food, relaxed vibes, and creating places people want to hang out. We’re on the hunt for a Venue Manager to lead the team at 8 Knots Tavern. With a strong food and beverage offering, live sport, entertainment, and a busy functions calendar, this is a fast paced, high energy venue that needs someone who can own it. What you’ll be doing · Running day-to-day venue operations (open to close) · Leading, training and motivating the team · Managing service flow during busy periods · Handling cash, stock control and reporting · Delivering great customer experiences (every shift) · Keeping the venue sharp – clean, compliant and on point · Driving systems, structure and consistency What we’re looking for · Proven experience in a management role · RSA Approved Manager Card · Strong leadership and people skills · Ability to stay cool under pressure and solve problems fast · Experience with H&L POS (preferred) · Tanda rostering experience (nice to have) · TAB experience (bonus) · Solid computer skills · First Aid Food Safety cert (preferred) · Driver’s license Why join us?
