One For The Road is a family-owned hospitality group behind some of Fremantle’s most popular venues – South Beach Hotel, Federal Boutique Hotel, 8 Knots Tavern and Bicton Tavern. We’re all about great food, good vibes, and creating venues people want to spend time. We’re looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to join the crew at 8 Knots Tavern. With a strong food and beverage offering, live sport, entertainment, and a packed functions calendar, this is a fast paced venue where no two shifts are the same. If you’re energetic, reliable, and love being in the middle of the action – we want to hear from you.
