We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded State Manager to take ownership of our Queensland and regional operations. This is not your typical leadership role. About the Role As our leader on the ground, you will take full ownership of QLD and regional operations, ensuring all property management portfolios are performing at a high standard. You will be responsible for driving consistency, compliance, and growth across your State, while supporting and developing a team of Property Managers. You’ll be the key link between strategy and execution – ensuring processes are followed, standards are upheld, and opportunities for improvement are identified and actioned.
