The Aquarium ICT Business Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive Business Enabling System to support the aquarium's visitor services, ticketing, bookings, commercial operations, and membership management. This dynamic position will work collaboratively with external vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the procurement, development, and implementation phases to ensure the system meets operational requirements and integrates seamlessly with point-of-sale and CRM platforms. The role requires translating complex business needs into functional system specifications, coordinating user acceptance testing, and ensuring successful deployment across the organisation. Beyond implementation, the Aquarium ICT Business Systems Analyst will provide ongoing system stewardship, including configuration management, optimisation, user training, and support to maximise system performance and value. As the internal subject matter expert, this position will ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with legislative, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
