To succeed in this role, you will be a dependable and collaborative team player who demonstrates initiative, discretion, and sound judgement in your day-to-day work. You are adaptable and open to learning, able to absorb new information and apply it effectively as you grow in the role. Working as part of a small, highly collaborative team, the role is multi-faceted and one which will keep you interested, stimulated and challenged. The role supports the effective operation of our systems, hardware, software and audio‑visual technologies while ensuring compliance with ISO27001 systems, protocols and requirements. Your key responsibility will be to respond to and triage helpdesk tickets and enquiries, escalating where necessary.
