About You You are a customer-focused ICT professional who enjoys supporting staff and students in a school environment. You will bring: Experience in ICT support within a Microsoft-based environment Strong troubleshooting skills and an understanding of networking fundamentals Excellent customer service and communication skills The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, on-site workplace A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and child safety Experience in education, MDM solutions (Intune/Jamf), or relevant certifications is desirable.
