ABOUT US Wanneroo Physiotherapy is looking for a Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team. We are a busy, well-established practice, with a stellar reputation for helping our local community achieve their health and wellness goals. Our team takes a patient focused, collaborative approach, and includes eight Physiotherapists, an Exercise Physiologist, a Remedial Massage Therapist, and a very supportive administration team. Wanneroo Physiotherapy is not just a team, we’re a tight knit family- and we’re looking for someone who fits in with, and compliments, our family dynamic. ABOUT THE ROLE Permanent part time, 21 hours per week (Tue 1-7pm, Thu 1-7pm, Fri 12-5pm, Sat 8am-12). Applicants must have the flexibility to be able to cover annual and sick leave. General duties include taking enquiries and bookings by phone and in-person, taking cash and electronic payments, basic word processing, responding to emails, and some basic cleaning. Past experience as a medical receptionist is desirable, however we are prepared to train the right person. Computer literacy is essential.
