About the role As a Casual C ustomer Service Officer , you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing clients. Working across multiple channels, you’ll respond to inquiries and deliver professional, exemplary support via face-to-face, phone and email interactions. You'll hand activities such as order processing, payment management, account reconciliation, pricing and general administrative tasks/inquiries. We’re offering both casual and full-time opportunities! You possess: Proven experience in an inbound call centre and/or client-facing customer-service environment. Highly developed telephone communication skills when engaging with customers, stakeholders and staff, always maintaining a customer first approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Flexibility. This office-based role requires two rotating shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The skill to multi-task and work effectively across various programs and platforms.
