Your new role In this newly created role as Trainee Service Advisor, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and develop on the job, being taught by some of the best in the business as you learn what makes a service department tick. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, after which if you are successful in mastering the role, you’ll become a permanent member of our Service Advisor team! What you’ll be doing Learning how to be the best Service Advisor from our experienced team Supporting our customers when they visit the workshop for their vehicle service Working alongside reception to understand bookings and customer liaison Providing informed updates and guidance, liaising with the workshop for advice Understanding how a workshop operates, and how this impacts customer experience Participating in training and development to grow your skillset About you This is a unique opportunity to learn how to be a superstar Service Advisor from scratch, meaning you do not need prior experience to be successful! What we are seeking from you is: A background/experience in either service workshops OR a customer service environment Interest in the automotive industry: perhaps as a hobby, or even just a general appreciation Strong commitment to providing the best customer experience An aptitude to pick up new skills on the job, and a commitment to learning and development Exceptional teamwork skills in a busy, diverse team A current, valid driver’s license is mandatory What’s in it for you?
