What you will be doing: Creating accurate rosters that ensure our Corporate and Function hospitality operations are fully staffed, compliant and ready to deliver on daily operations, match days and concerts. Applying Enterprise Agreements, legislation and internal policies to workforce decisions — confidently, consistently and correctly. Providing hands-on support before, during and after events, including on-the-ground troubleshooting, attendance tracking and live roster changes. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, induction and training coordination for our casual hospitality workforce, in partnership with People & Culture and venue leaders. Monitoring attendance, fill rates and workforce data to spot trends, reduce inefficiencies and continuously improve labour planning and engagement. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in rostering, scheduling or coordinating large teams — ideally in hospitality, events, venues or similarly fast-paced environments. You’re organised, analytical and comfortable working with systems, data and deadlines (especially when the pressure’s on). You communicate clearly, build strong relationships across teams and know how to handle sensitive information with care. Confident using workforce or scheduling systems and everyday tools like Excel, Teams and other digital platforms (FoundU experience is a bonus). You’re happy to work event days and outside standard hours when required — because iconic moments don’t stick to a 9–5.
