This hands-on role covers a mix of building maintenance, repairs, and remedial works. You’ll work both independently and with subcontractors, delivering jobs to a high standard while ensuring safety and efficiency. Light supervisory tasks, client communication, and safety documentation will also be part of your role. What You’ll Do Perform general building works: patching, painting, tiling, door/hardware repair and general tasks Conduct site reviews, report conditions and complete allocated tasks. Liaise with clients and ensure minimal disruption on site. Work with or coordinate subcontractors on smaller jobs. Complete SWMS, risk assessments, and maintain WHS compliance. Keep accurate job records and ensure clean, safe sites. What You’ll Bring Trade/handyman experience with strong practical skills. Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail. Clear communication and ability to work with clients and teams. Flexible and proactive approach to varied work environments. Safety-focused attitude.
