Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of larger-scale modular projects, we are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Sydney Permanent Modular Construction team based in Mulgrave. This opportunity would suit a recent graduate or junior construction professional with some Civil Construction or groundworks exposure who is looking to build a long-term career in project delivery and construction. What You’ll Bring Cert IV in Construction White Card Civil Construction or groundworks exposure highly regarded Ability to read and interpret plans Strong communication and organisational skills Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow Commercial awareness around budgets and project coordination Valid driver’s licence Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain) Candidates with Civil Construction experience, exposure to a modular construction environment or from a graduate construction pathway are encouraged to apply.
