You will be required to answer and direct telephone enquiries and offer administration support to the Property Managers. Daily responsibilities Answer and direct telephone enquiries Assist walk in clients with their enquiry Processing tenancy application forms Lease renewals Skills and experience Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail Ability to communicate at all levels Ability to work under pressure Excellent levels of computer literacy and touch-typing skills Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Ability to use Property Me and Inspect Real Estate The ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with the most professional, courteous and expedient manner and to continually strive for superior client service Proactive, punctual and reliable Well-presented and well spoken Previous experience in an administrative related role Experience or understanding in Property Management is a must.
