About the role As the Operations Team Leader - Community , base in our Canberra Office you will coordinate and support the delivery of high-quality services across a defined team or region. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this role provides day-to-day leadership, ensures compliance with service standards, and contributes to operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing daily operations to ensure timely and effective service delivery • Monitoring performance against service standards and KPIs • Supporting regional plans and initiatives • Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation • Building strong relationships with participants and candidates • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention • Leading, coaching and developing team members • Managing rosters, leave planning and workforce utilisation About you You bring experience leading teams within the community services sector, strong compliance knowledge across aged care, disability or health, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
