We have an exciting opportunity for a Cafe Front of House Supervisor who is as passionate as we are about showcasing our food and beverage offerings in Mr Nick's cafe. About the Role Our Cafe Front of House Supervisor is responsible for guiding the team to deliver quality products with a warm and elevated service standard. This is a hands on role, where you will lead from the front and motivate others to deliver the Mr Nick's cafe experience we are famous for. With responsibility for all aspects of front of house operations, you will support a high performing team in a busy and dynamic environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is ready to build a long term career with Adelaide’s Fines, has the confidence to support a high performing team, and has the skills and passion to deliver impeccable standards of quality, customer service and teamwork. Key responsibilities Provide leadership, guidance and training to team members Deliver exceptional customer service Food presentation and barista responsibilities Rostering and staff coordination Assist with recruitment, induction, training and performance management of the team Ensure compliance with food safety standards and WHS requirements Lead by example and foster a positive, supportive team culture About you A genuine passion for good food and good coffee!
