Behind every strong sales team is an even stronger Sales Support unit - keeping everything accurate, responsive, and on track. Ultimately, candidates will have some exposure or experience with water treatment and / or pump systems, spare parts and some knowledge of basic troubleshooting issues. Role Overview Our Internal Sales and Support department play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive fast, accurate, and professional support from enquiry through to order fulfilment. Collaborating closely with existing sales team members, this role requires committment to learning our products, processes and systems with a positive outlook. Key Responsibilities Receive inbound customer sales enquires via phone and email Provide quotations, product information, and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries Maintain Client Databases (Ariba system experience an advantage) Provide regular updates to Sales Staff / Clients of incoming shipping movements and ETA's Help identify and resolve discrepancies before they become problems Back up support to the Retail Sales Team (point of Sale (POS) transactions) Eligibility Experience in Sales / Retail / Client Support - ideally with a pumping / water treatment background. Strong organisational and communication skills Be approachable and respectful - comfortable working in a busy, technical, sometimes slightly chaotic environment. Full time position, although candidates with applicable experience seeking part time hours will be considered depending on circumstances.
