About the role We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Social Media & Content Coordinator based in Baxter at Sages Cottage Farm. Help tell the Wallara story. This role supports content planning, creation and publishing across Wallara's digital and social channels — working closely with social enterprises and divisions to engage the community and bring the mission to life. Work pattern: Two days per week – days and hours are flexible (worked between Monday - Friday, 15.2 hours per week) What you'll need to succeed A qualification in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum two years’ experience in a social media or content role Experience managing social media channels for an organisation Strong written communication and storytelling skills, with attention to detail Experience creating engaging written and visual digital content Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms Understanding of inclusive, accessible and audience‑first communication Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities Well‑developed organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines and content calendars Familiarity with Canva and social media scheduling tools Basic photography or short‑form video/reel skills (desirable) Alignment with Wallara’s values and commitment to WHS, EEO and cultural diversity.
