The Role Our Demi Chef's and CDP's are the backbone of our kitchens. You will oversee you own section and small team. Overseeing prep and cooking during service. You will learn to manage stock across the kitchen as well as drive hygiene and sanitation standards. You may also be given the opportunity to home you training skills and train some of the junior staff. We will also encourage you to learn into the mechanics of a successful well organised kitchen. You? You have a passion for food with relevant trackable work history. Able to perform in fast-paced environment always maintaining high and consistent food standards. A team player that is willing to be an all-rounder in a structured environment. Someone who is willing to be inspired, led, train and be developed by our Head Chef & Sous Chef teams and in return translate the same commitment to junior staff.
