Homeless Healthcare is a not-for-profit charity supporting people experiencing homelessness across multiple settings in the Perth metro area. These include street outreach, in-reach into Perth Hospital, mobile clinics at transitional and crisis accommodation services and drop-in centres, and a 20-bed inpatient Respite Centre. This is a unique role developed to facilitate Reflective Practice Supervision to staff across our service. Our multi-disciplinary teams include Registered Nurses, Case Workers, Peer Support Workers, Support Workers, Administration Officers and other staff as identified. If you are a Registered Nurse (preferred), Social Worker or Psychologist with experience in Supervision and an interest in supporting a multidisciplinary team working with people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, you are encouraged to apply. This role is .5 FTE with flexibility for preferred days. It will be based at our Highgate hub but travel to other sites will be required. Essential Criteria Registered Nurse, Psychologist or Social Worker with current AHPRA registration or AASW eligibility. Demonstrated clinical experience in community health, primary health, homelessness, mental health or Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) settings. Experience or demonstrated capability in reflective practice or another form of supervision of clinical and non clinical staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence facilitating group discussions. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. Strong commitment to trauma-informed care, staff wellbeing and professional development. Current CPR certificate. Recent police check (within 3 months).
