About Us CCA Productions has been supplying audio, vision and staging equipment to Perth's live events industry since 1999. We service a broad range of productions, from small venue events through to major festivals and permanent installations. We are an established team with high standards, and we are growing. The Role We are looking for a Warehouse Audio Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an operational role at the core of our production workflow, responsible for the preparation, dispatch, return and maintenance of audio and production equipment across a wide range of events and installations. You will work across our warehouse and out at venues and events, assisting with on-site audio system setup and pack-down, managing equipment returns and ensuring all assets are maintained to the required standard. The role requires availability for evening and weekend work in line with operational requirements. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with us, not just fill a position. This is an immediate start opportunity. What You Will Be Doing Preparing, testing, packing and dispatching audio and production equipment for each engagement Loading and unloading vehicles and delivering equipment to venues and events Assisting with on-site audio system setup and pack-down as required Checking equipment on return, identifying faults, damage or shortages Carrying out cable maintenance, basic fault diagnosis and equipment testing Assisting with inventory tracking, stocktakes and asset management Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment Using Current RMS and Google Workspace to manage work orders and record issues What We Are Looking For Essential: 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in live production, events or a technical warehouse environment Practical knowledge of audio systems, including PA systems, signal flow, basic patching and cable fault-finding Valid Western Australian C class manual driver's licence White Card, or willingness to obtain within the first three months of employment Physical capacity to undertake manual handling and warehouse duties safely Availability to work evenings and weekends as required A reliable, professional approach and strong attention to detail Desirable: Knowledge of lighting or vision systems HR (truck) licence, or willingness to obtain within the first twelve months of employment Experience with Current RMS or similar hire management systems What We Offer A full-time role with an established and growing Perth production company Exposure to a broad range of events, installations and technical environments Practical development and genuine career pathways within the business A professional team culture grounded in accountability and quality How to Apply Send your CV and a brief cover letter to ccaproductions.com.au Tell us about your audio experience and what draws you to this role if you want more detail we can provide a Job description for you to review.
