If you understand how services come together on site and want more ownership, this is where that shifts. You'll take control of commissioning on a major data centre project in Melbourne's western suburbs. From early planning through to handover, your focus is making sure systems are delivered, tested and performing as they should. There are up to five direct reports, so this is a leadership role, not coordination. You'll set direction, align the team and keep subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders moving toward the same outcome. The business is active across technically complex projects, with a strong pipeline in the data centre space. This role is part of a broader plan to build out the commissioning function, giving you the opportunity to take ownership and grow a team around you. To be considered, you'll need a builder/trade or engineering background in a similar role. What also really matters is that you can see the bigger picture. How services integrate, how sequencing impacts delivery and how to drive outcomes across a project. The salary up to $250k super, depending on your experience. Apply here directly.
