About the opportunity The Health Services Improvement Coach will join the eight-person Health Services Improvement Team. The primary focus of our team is to uplift Mercy Health Services' improvement maturity in line with the Mercy Health Improvement Strategy 2024-2027. Integral to our success is the ongoing support to evolve the Mercy Health Services Daily Operating System. Predominantly, our daily work is to guide clinical staff to utilise the Mercy Health 8-step Improvement Framework, building their capability to problem solve with good improvement rigour.
