Are you at the point where you can run projects confidently but still want support from people who know the industry inside out? This opportunity suits a Project Manager who enjoys variety, autonomy and being trusted to get on with the job. Instead of sitting on one long-term build for years, you'll manage multiple electrical fit-out and infrastructure projects for national clients across commercial environments. Most projects range between $200k-$500k, with around 3-4 projects running at any one time. The Victorian head office is based in South Yarra, giving you a great office location with easy train access, good cafés nearby and a collaborative team environment. Site locations will vary depending on the projects, and there may be occasional interstate travel as part of the role. You'll work closely with senior leadership, delivery teams and clients to keep projects moving from early planning through to completion. This is a hands-on role where communication, organisation and problem-solving matter just as much as technical capability. The role will see you coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines and budgets, reviewing project documentation and maintaining strong client relationships throughout delivery. You'll also work across design coordination, compliance requirements and project reporting while supporting national accounts and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard. The business is also expanding further into the data centre sector, potentially giving you exposure to one of the busiest and fastest-growing areas of construction and infrastructure across Australia. For the right person, this creates an opportunity to be part of a company growing into a market with significant long-term demand and investment. This company delivers electrical, communications and technology infrastructure solutions across commercial and industrial sectors throughout Australia and NZ. They've built a strong reputation with national clients through reliability, long-term relationships and consistent delivery. Their culture is built around trust, loyalty and backing good people to do their best work. To be considered, you'll need to be an experienced Project Manager, from an electrical contracting or services background, with experience managing multiple projects at once. You'll also need strong experience in client-facing roles, a stable and consistent work history and good communication skills, as these are all essential to the role. The salary is up to $160k super car, depending on your experience. Apply here directly. No polished resume? No problem.
