We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Trainer to help employees get the most from our business systems and tools. About the Role As the IT Trainer, you will build capability across SAP, Microsoft 365, and other business systems by designing and delivering practical training programs, developing user resources, and providing coaching to employees across the organisation. You will develop and update training resources using templates and tools to build on the library of self-help materials. Working closely with development teams and business stakeholders, you will ensure system updates and processes are accurately reflected in training materials while supporting digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities Deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules (with a focus on SAP and Microsoft 365) Provide training group sessions and one-on-one coaching Develop user guides, quick reference materials, and online resources Maintain an up-to-date library of training documentation aligned with business processes Conduct training needs analysis and implement structured training plans Support system upgrades through participation in testing and adapting training resources Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements What We’re Looking For: Essential Excellent presentation and communication skills Some experience or strong interest in delivering IT training Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand learning Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse audiences Experience or keen interest in developing digital learning content (e-learning, guides, videos) Desirable Experience as a SAP trainer or super user Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Understanding of SAP Business Processes and Microsoft collaboration tools Qualification in Training and Assessment preferred but not essential Applicants must be prepared to undertake and pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
