The About Our client is a well-established provider within the pumps and mechanical services sector, delivering quality workshop solutions across a range of industrial pump systems and equipment. Due to increased workload, they are currently seeking an experienced Trade Qualified Fitter to join their team in Welshpool for an immediate short-term assignment. The primary role is to support workshop-based pump maintenance, strip downs, assessments and new build works within a fast-paced workshop environment. The Opportunity This position offers an immediate start with competitive hourly rates and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and supportive team. This is initially a 1-week assignment, with the option to extend to 2 weeks for the right candidate. The Tasks Ahead: Strip and assess a Godwin HL160M wet end Strip and assess a Tru-Flo 300/20 wet end Assist with new build Gorman Rupp pump skids Support workshop pump maintenance and mechanical works as required About You You are a trade-qualified Fitter or Mechanical Fitter with strong pump experience and the ability to confidently work within a workshop environment. You are reliable, proactive and able to hit the ground running in a short-term assignment. PLEASE NOTE. Only applicants residing in WA with full Australian working rights will be reviewed.
