Relief Teacher (Senior School) The role We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Senior School Teachers to join our Relief Teaching Pool. If you are passionate about education and committed to placing student learning and well-being at the heart of everything you do, we want to hear from you! We particularly welcome applications from teachers with experience in English, Science and HASS learning areas. As a Relief Teacher, you will provide vital casual support across our Senior School, often on short notice. You’ll be guided by our Relief Coordinator and must be available during school terms, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Teachers with a strong desire to design and deliver engaging, student-centered curriculum, and who can integrate technology to enhance learning, are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver an engaging, integrated curriculum that is responsive to the diverse learning needs of a mixed-ability classroom. Create a positive and motivating classroom environment through enthusiastic and inspiring teaching. Develop and administer relevant assessment tasks, providing timely and constructive feedback to support student growth. Stay current with the Australian Curriculum and incorporate best practice into your teaching. Liaise with colleagues and learning support staff on pastoral and academic matters. About You Hold a current WWCC. Relevant senior teaching qualification. Previous experience working as a Senior School Teacher. Current TRBWA registration. Bronze Medallion (highly desired).
