We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cleaner/Cleaning Supervisor to lead our team at one of Perth’s premier high-end sites. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will be responsible for ensuring the facility remains in pristine condition while managing a small, dedicated team of cleaners. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor cleaning staff, including rostering, training, and performance monitoring. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all areas meet our high-end standards. Operations: Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is well-maintained and safe for use. Compliance: Enforce strict Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) protocols and maintain safety documentation. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the site manager, addressing any requests or feedback promptly. Reporting to the Accounts manager. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in high-end commercial offices, hotel environments. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-standard presentation. Strong communication and people management skills. Proficiency in basic software for reporting and rostering. A valid driver’s license and current Police Clearance.
