About the Role We’re currently recruiting a Part-Time OOSH Assistant Educator for our Bungendore OOSH who thrives in an inclusive and collaborative environment. In this role, you will: • Create engaging, play-based learning experiences for primary school-aged children • Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment • Support children’s development through meaningful interactions and activities • Work as part of a supportive and passionate team What You’ll Bring • A genuine passion for working with children and families • Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, team-focused attitude • Creativity and initiative in planning inclusive activities • A willingness to learn and apply key frameworks, including: o National Education and Care Law o National Quality Framework (NQF) o My Time, Our Place Framework • A strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing What We’re Looking For • Availability Monday to Friday: o 7:00am – 9:00am o 2:30pm – 6:00pm • Experience working or volunteering with children • Valid driver’s licence • Foundations of Child Safety Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain) • First aid & CPR in an education and care setting (or willingness to obtain) • Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) • Knowledge of educational frameworks (desirable but not essential) Why Join the Y?
