Operations Lead Lead Production. Drive Performance. Support the Team. We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Operations Lead to take ownership of production operations, manage staff performance, and ensure work is completed on time and to required deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and keeping production moving efficiently. You will also play a key support role by assisting senior management and helping relieve workload pressures across production and operational activities. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day production activities to ensure schedules and deadlines are achieved. Lead and supervise production staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Monitor workflow, priorities, and resource allocation to maximise productivity. Hold staff accountable for task completion, attendance, and performance expectations. Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain output targets. Support and assist management by taking ownership of operational responsibilities and reducing workload pressures. Coordinate with production, service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Address issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive team environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes and staff performance. About You You are someone who naturally takes charge, keeps people accountable, and gets things done. You will ideally have: Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Operations Coordinator, Manufacturing Supervisor , or similar role. Strong leadership skills with experience managing staff and production teams. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Confidence dealing with problems, making decisions, and finding practical solutions. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. A proactive attitude with a willingness to step in and support where needed. High motivation and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
