About the Role We are seeking a Process Operator - Blending who prides themselves on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our fast-paced production team in Stapylton . What you'll be doing In this hands-on role, you'll support day-to-day blending operations: Operate blending and batching equipment safely and efficiently Perform pre-operational checks, including scale and tool calibration Prepare, sieve, and batch ingredients according to specifications and procedures Monitor blend quality, mixing times, and product integrity throughout production Accurately complete batch records and production documentation for traceability Clean, sanitise, and maintain blending equipment and work areas to sanitation schedules Maintain high standards of hygiene, GMP, and food safety compliance Safely handle raw materials (up to 25kg) and use cutting tools in line with safety procedures Follow HACCP principles, WHS policies, and food safety regulations at all times Identify and promptly report equipment faults, hazards, non-conformances, or process deviations Work collaboratively with batching, packing, and warehouse teams to support workflow Participate in audits, inspections, training, and assist with training new team members Rotate between batching, staging, cleaning, and other production duties as required What you'll bring Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment Physically capable of repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting raw materials up to 25kg Comfortable working with food-grade powders and ingredients, including airborne particles Willingness to wear PPE at all times, including mask, gloves, and hairnet Good time management and organisational skills Clear communication skills and a team-focused attitude Safety-conscious with a strong understanding of WHS requirements Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing (advantageous) Reliable transport Australian citizenship or permanent residency Why You’ll Love Working With Us Competitive remuneration Growing business with career development opportunities Team events Staff product discounts Supportive, safety-focused work environment Why you will love working with us Competitive remuneration Growing business with career growth opportunities Quarterly team lunches & recognition events Staff discounts on our products Supportive, safety-focused environment How to Apply If you're excited by this opportunity and believe you're a great fit, click APPLY NOW and upload: Your up-to-date resume Prestige Blending embraces and values equity, inclusion, and diversity, along with a strong commitment to Safety.
