Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Organisational Development & Leadership Specialist to join our Learning & Organisational Development team. This role plays a key part in designing, delivering, and evaluating initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, leadership effectiveness, and team performance across Ramsay Health Care. Blending facilitation, stakeholder engagement, analytics, and program design, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders and teams to deliver impactful organisational development initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes across a large and complex organisation. What You’ll Do You will partner with leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver engaging OD initiatives, leadership programs, workshops, and capability-building experiences across the organisation. Key accountabilities include: Design and administer organisational surveys to generate meaningful insights and recommendations. Analyse data and facilitate action-planning discussions with leaders and teams. Scope, design, and facilitate workshops, offsites, and leadership sessions. Partner with stakeholders to identify organisational and leadership development needs. Develop OD frameworks, tools, learning materials, and capability-building initiatives. Deliver leadership development programs, coaching initiatives, and team effectiveness sessions. Provide coaching and support to leaders to strengthen people leadership capability. Support succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives. Build trusted relationships across the organisation as a visible OD partner. Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and broader OD projects. What You’ll Bring You are an engaging and commercially minded OD professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to drive capability, performance, and organisational effectiveness. You bring strong facilitation skills, analytical capability, and the confidence to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in Organisational Development, HR, Learning & Development, or consulting environments. Strong workshop design and facilitation capability. Experience with survey platforms, analytics, and insight generation. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Strong communication and presentation capability. Experience developing leadership and capability-building initiatives. Ability to translate business needs into practical OD solutions. A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive working style. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Relevant qualifications in Organisational Psychology, HR, Business, L&D, or a related discipline.
