Job Description We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Organisational Development & Leadership Liaison to join our Learning & Organisational Development team. This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of leadership development, coaching, talent, and organisational development initiatives across Ramsay Health Care. Working closely with leaders, facilitators, participants, and stakeholders, you will help create a seamless and engaging experience across all stages of our leadership and development programs. From program coordination and participant engagement through to data analytics, survey administration, and operational support, this role offers variety, visibility, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful people initiatives across a large and complex organisation. What You’ll Do You will provide high-quality coordination and operational support across a range of Learning & Organisational Development initiatives, helping to ensure programs are delivered professionally, efficiently, and with a strong participant focus. Key accountabilities include: Coordinate leadership development programs, including scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, and logistics. Manage coaching program administration, including participant matching and progress tracking. Support talent review and succession planning activities across the business. Act as a key contact for participants, facilitators, and stakeholders across OD initiatives. Coordinate employee and doctor survey administration and reporting activities. Maintain accurate program data, records, and reporting across systems and platforms. Prepare program materials and support seamless session delivery. Monitor participant engagement and feedback to support continuous improvement. Support evaluation reporting and data insights to inform future program enhancements. Contribute to process improvements, operational documentation, and broader OD projects. What You’ll Bring You are a highly organised and collaborative coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys delivering exceptional stakeholder and participant experiences. You bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting meaningful people and leadership initiatives. Experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Organisational Development coordination roles. Strong administration and program coordination capability. Experience with data analytics and employee survey administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. Confidence working with learning systems, HRIS platforms, and digital tools. Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation. Experience supporting leadership development or coaching programs (highly regarded). Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, Business, OD, or a related discipline (desirable).
