Job Description YOUR ROLE Reporting to the General Manager, Strategic Communications & Engagement, the Manager, Enterprise Communications is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide internal communications and employee engagement strategies across MACS. Leading a small team of Communication Business Partners, you will work collaboratively with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver strategic communication initiatives that strengthen engagement, enhance organisational culture, and support the successful delivery of MACS 2030. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide internal communication strategies Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned to MACS strategic priorities Lead and develop a high-performing team of Communication Business Partners Establish and oversee communication coordination between MACS office and schools Develop communication strategies, messaging and content for senior leaders Define and optimise communication channels, cadence and engagement approaches Partner with stakeholders across all directorates to deliver integrated communication solutions Use insights and analytics to measure communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Support proactive reputation management and enterprise-wide communication readiness ABOUT YOU Tertiary qualification in communications, journalism, public relations or related discipline Minimum 10 years’ experience in communications with strong expertise in internal communications and employee engagement Proven ability to influence and operate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments Strong judgement, professionalism and commitment to confidentiality Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education HOW TO APPLY Please refer to the position description for further details about the role and the Key Selection Criteria.
