Client Liaison & Compliance Officer (Full-Time) Enabled Disability Services Location: Fully Remote / Work from Home (with weekly Tuesday face-to-face team days) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm On-call: 1 week every fortnight About the Role Are you passionate about building strong relationships, supporting frontline staff, and helping a growing disability provider thrive while keeping operations fully compliant? Enabled Disability Services is on the lookout for a warm, organised, and people-focused Client Liaison and Compliance Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is predominantly remote and plays a key part in driving staff engagement, leading external networking, managing participant onboarding and ensuring our documentation and processes strictly meet NDIS compliance standards. You will be a vital part of a highly collaborative, supportive, and grounded team that values initiative, high trust, and real autonomy. What You’ll Be Doing Checking in regularly with support workers and conducting one-on-one frontline staff catch-ups to ensure they feel thoroughly supported Leading communication with external stakeholders and networking with Support Coordinators etc to drive growth and referrals for our Day Programs Managing the participant intake process Supporting new staff onboarding to ensure their introduction to our agency and culture is clear, thorough, and welcoming Managing and maintaining internal compliance registers to ensure our documentation always aligns with the NDIS Practice Standards Functioning as the internal point of contact for incidents, compiling summary reports and handling notifications to the NDIS Commission within statutory timelines Reviewing daily shift notes and worker credentials to ensure the support workforce remains fully compliant and qualified Meeting up in person every Tuesday from 9:00am to 4:00pm with the management team to collaborate, share insights, and sync up Participating in our after-hours on-call phone rotation once a fortnight to handle emergency scheduling adjustments, cancellations, or worker queries Utilising your own phone and a reliable personal vehicle to manage daily communications and occasionally travel for community-based meetings What You’ll Need Direct operational experience working within the NDIS space (such as NDIS Compliance, Support Coordination or Senior Disability Administration) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with frontline staff, families, and external stakeholders Confidence working independently with a high level of self-motivation, as we place a lot of trust in our team to manage their workload remotely Strong organisational skills and an analytical eye for documentation accuracy, quality assurance, and risk management A reliable personal vehicle with full comprehensive car insurance and a valid Australian Driver's Licence NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, plus current First Aid & CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain) What You’ll Get A dynamic, positive, and purpose-driven team culture built on genuine mutual respect A full-time remote role offering the ultimate hybrid balance; allowing you to work from home with zero daily commuting gridlock High trust and autonomy to manage your own day and structure your tasks without micro-management Continuous professional development and the chance to shape the future of how we support our staff, grow our programs and maintain industry-leading compliance Standards Participation in lively monthly all-staff catch-ups to stay connected with the broader team If you are looking for a meaningful role where your people skills, independent work ethic, and compliance expertise will be valued every day, we would love to hear from you!
