Job Description We’re looking for a commercially minded Category Manager to take ownership of a diverse spare parts portfolio within Bapcor Retail. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have full accountability for range, pricing, promotions, supplier partnerships and inventory performance directly influencing sales, margin and growth across a national store network. You’ll own the commercial performance of your categories end-to-end: Build and execute category growth plans Manage pricing strategy and margin performance Analyse competitor pricing and market trends Own product range decisions (core extensions) Plan and deliver promotions, campaigns and catalogues Partner closely with marketing on go-to-market activity Manage supplier relationships, negotiations & rebates Optimise inventory levels across distribution centres Drive clearance and exit strategies for slow-moving stock Collaborate with internal teams and engage with franchise networks
