ConsultANZ is currently seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Construction Manager to join a leading contractor specialising in complex civil and geotechnical infrastructure projects in Melbourne . This role will be looking after projects across Victoria/South Australia/Tasmania. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of multiple piling/geotechnical projects, ensuring alignment with programme, budget, and quality expectations Champion a strong safety culture and ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and internal standards Provide input during tender and planning phases, including methodology, sequencing, and resource planning Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies Work closely with commercial teams on cost control, contract administration, and financial outcomes Support and mentor Project Managers and Engineers, building capability across the team Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders Coordinate with plant and operational teams to ensure effective utilisation of resources About You Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar Extensive experience within civil or geotechnical construction environments Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or oversee delivery teams Strong commercial awareness, including contract management and cost control Confident leader with the ability to influence, mentor, and drive team performance Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach Why Apply? $230-270k base super car allowance, negotiable depending on experience.
